We bought this to use for camping this summer. We only ended up needing to use it once mainly for shade. Set up and take down was only tricky the first time while learning how it works. It went up very easily with 2 people and take down was easier still. It actually fit well into the bag it came in so it's easy to store and transport. In terms of sturdiness, we had it out on a very windy day and it was flexing and bending a bit. We ended up taking it down because it looked like it may blow over/collapse even with the guy lines being used. It kept the bugs out, but while opening the zippered doors naturally the bugs flew in and were then all trapped up at the peak of the shelter/tent flying around. They didn't bother us, but I suppose this happens no matter what you have. There was one hook right from the center peak that we hung our bug light to that attracted and trapped them. I only wish there were more hooks from the roof to hang lights or other organizers for your camping gear. The screen walls provide a good amount of wind, sun, and bug shelter. I'm not sure how this would work in the rain since the sidewalls angle outwards towards the base. I presume water would easily go in the screen walls based on the design, but the roof seems like it would keep the water out of the center. That being said this was well worth the money and I think we'll be using it for some time. It seems very well made.
