Directions

1 tablet 3 times daily with meals or as directed by a physician. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

    The following is my opinion not medical advise:
    I have used this supplement in the past, it seems like it has to be taken for a couple of months before they appear to work. The suggested serving is 1-3 pills a day, I took 2 a day for the first month and a half before dropping down to one. My joints feel better while faithfully taking this supplement. My suggestion is once it is in your system do not go an extended time without taking it or you may have to let it build up into your system.

    The item was shipping from BC and never arrived, I am still waiting for the refund from December 23rd. It should be issued 3-5 business days. I expect the refund over the next couple of days.
