Mandarin and English speaking nanny starting July 9th, 2018

We are looking for a nanny who speak Mandarin and English to take care of our two daughters (5.5 years old and 4 years old).

 

The start date is July 9th, 2018, and we will be living in a condo at Oakridge area near Cambie and 45th. The nanny would have a private room but a shared bathroom if she chooses live-in. The working hours would be 8am-12pm and afternoon/evening hours are 3:30pm-8pm (with a break for dinner). From 4pm onward, my wife is off work and will be helping out. 

 

Here are the requirements of the nanny:

• Warm, loving and patient personality
• Speak to the children only in Mandarin (no Cantonese accent, please)
• Ability to speak English with my wife, who is Korean
• General childcare - comfortable taking care of sick children
• Meal prep - breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner
• School drop-off and pick-up - nanny will need to be a very safe driver or able to use public transportation. We have a car she can borrow, and we have a parking spot if she has her own car.
• Escorting children to playground or after-school activities
• Light housekeeping and help with chores (putting dishes in the dishwasher, taking out trash, tidying up, etc.)
• CPR certified would be a plus
