We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and approachable Receptionist/Pre-Sales Support professional who can engage customers and contribute to our company's growth.

Job Title: Receptionist/Pre-Sales Support

Responsibilities:

• Greet and communicate with walk-in customers
• Understand customer needs and expectations, providing relevant solutions
• Analyze customer preferences and financial capacities to suggest suitable products
• Offer various product alternatives to customers
• Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Call prospective customers, explain product and service details, and persuade them to make purchases
• Strive to meet short-term sales targets and enhance the organization's goodwill

Qualified candidates MUST:

• Have excellent communication skills
• Be capable of making sales calls and delivering sales presentations
• Be proficient in common computer software, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Have experience with QuickBooks
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Be able to identify potential clients, assess their needs, and provide product solutions to increase market share
• Be fluent in English and Mandarin
