We are hiring an experienced controller/accountant.

The job requires:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in commercial property management
• Ability to work independently and be able to meet deadlines
• Strong fluent English communication skills
• Good phone manner
• Completion of College level of accounting diploma
• Currently enrolled in CPA program is an asset.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Maintain the full set of books including A/P, A/R and Bank reconciliation
2. Payroll
3. Invoicing, reviewing to ensure accuracy of invoice information
4. Government remittances (GST)
5. Monthly Financial information preparation
