• 4 weeks of workplace and life skills training (ex: resume writing, interview skills, communication techniques, job maintenance, confidence building etc.) 
• A 12 week work experience placement made through one of our many employer connections  
• Paid training to attend workshops ($13.85/hr x 6 hrs a day, 5 days a week)  
• A free 6 month YMCA membership pass 
• $60/week for participant food supports  
• A loaded compass card to assist with travel costs 
• Additional short-term training certificates such as First-Aid, Food Safe, Forklift, Mental Health First Aid, Basic Security Training, Admin. & Leadership training, World Host etc.
