What you will do:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product team to develop, execute and oversee global channel marketing strategy;
- Actively recruit reseller, distributors and develop meaningful relationships with the existing partners’ network;
- Implement channel campaigns in order to drive pipeline and pursue yearly growth channel targets;
- Collaborate with sales team to strategize and execute marketing campaigns as related to the channel ecosystem;
- Generate demand through executing effective channel activities, enhance channel marketing ROI;
- Monitor marketing program and process reporting and feedback;
- Monitor plans, track results and create reports on marketing activities for sales impact and overall success;
- Oversee day to day channel operations in both local and international market;
- Execute internal and external channel incentive/customer loyalty programs.
What skills you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field;
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, with experience in the document, office or SaaS software industry is a plus;
- At least 1 year of channel, field or similar marketing experience;
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus;
- Understand direct and indirect sales model;
- A strategic, creative, out-of-the-box thinker;
- Ability to manage diverse, global partner relationships and expectations;
- Ability to influence across a diverse organization at different management levels;
- Team player with excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from conception through implementation;
- Strong oral and written communication skills with confidence in presenting to upper management;
- Fluent communication in a second language such as Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to travel up to 10% per year.
