岗位职责:
1、 负责为学生及家长提供专业全面的私校和大学的信息；
2、 负责根据学生的条件设计和制定合理有效的私校和院校专业选择方案；
3、 负责协助并指导学生与家长准备英文申请文件和资料；
4、 负责完成学生全程录取申请后续服务工作和协助；
5、 负责与私校和大学申请部门进行良好有效的信息沟通和申请联系；
6、 根据学生的个体情况制作整体性规划方案，包含考试安排、课程选择、课外活动建议、专业/国家选择等；

岗位要求：
1、有私校或顶级大学背景；有和学生与家长一对一咨询经验；
2、具有较强的环境适应能力，抗压能力强，具备良好的团队沟通和合作精神。

Young Master's Education Group is a Vancouver-based Education Centre focused on helping students develop a love for knowledge and build skills for a lifetime of learning success. We also provide tailored, hands-on private schools and university admissions consultation. We are currently looking for education consultants to provide students with guidance on both private-school and university admissions.

Our current team of experts have helped students have gained admission to highly-selective independent schools including: · Crofton House, York House, Stratford Hall, Southridge,  St. George’s and more. 

Job Responsibilities may include:

• Meeting with prospective and current clients 
• Have knowledge of private school and university admissions process
• Consult families on realistic expectations when applying to and succeeding at schools based on your knowledge of the admissions process and assessment of the student
• Assist families with application process such as parent statements and student essays.
• Coach clients on interviews through mock interviews and practice of interview techniques
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with admissions personnel and other academic institutions
• Seek and develop relationships with new clients
• Keeping up-to-date on admissions process
• Write articles, guides, or opinion pieces on relavent topics
• Deliver seminars or presentations for current and potential clients

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Graduated or have been employees of a private school
• Bachelor's degree, preferably from a top-tier US or Canadian university
• Work experience in an independent school or admissions process
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-lingual (preferable English and Mandarin)
