Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond, is hiring for a Mandarin/ English speaking Order Picker/ Customer Service for a health food distribution company. The ideal candidate is energetic and is friendly. Limited or any amount of customer service or warehouse experience with the right working attitude is welcome!
Responsibilities:
*Offer customer service when clients arrive to pick up orders
*Pick orders from small warehouse
* Use of the computer system looking up orders or inventory and upon pick up
Education and Experience
Keen to be trained or to learn
Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
Experience in customer service
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
Post-Secondary education would be an asset
Good Cantonese or Mandarin, and conversational English skills, written and verbal is essential
Initial training one scheduled day plus on-call days are Monday to Friday, 10:45am to 7:15pm. The faster the learning and commitment to long term, hours will increase.
After Covid, possible working days are Mondays to Fridays are 1pm to 9pm, Sat 11am to 6pm
Wage is $16/ hour. Benefits after joining company & probationary period.
