Hi there, Hope you are doing great! My name is Adam Hou. Me and my wife are moving from Toronto to Vancouver, we will be there in less than 5 days. We want to find a place to rent in Great Vancouver Area. I hope you could help us with that. Here are some of our needs: Rent: $1800-2300 2+ rooms Dog friendly A more than 160 sqft rectangle room for studio purposes Bright sun in most of daytime Close to groceries, malls (especially Chinese) Park (better be off-leash dog park) Close to ocean or mountain I would need some recommendation on where to choose based on our needs.
