工作职责

• 组织协调店铺的日常经营管理工作
• 建立和维护与顾客之间的关系
• 为顾客提供优质服务
• 负责处理与库存，运营相关的文书工作。

任职要求

• 诚实正直，踏实肯干，有一定的管理经验。
• 热爱零售行业，有经验优先。
• 具有较强的沟通能力和组织能力，能适应快节奏的工作。
• 具备中英文流利沟通以及书写能力
• 能熟练使用电脑以及各种相关软件

We are a boutique-style kids' clothing store located in Kerrisdale. And we are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager now. Duty & Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing administrative tasks in day to day operation
Tracking & Maintaining Store inventory
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Providing operational assistance to our E-commerce sector
Liaising with customers and using their feedback to adapt selling strategies to their preferences.
Managing, training, and overseeing staff


Required Skill Sets
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills in customer service and sales focused environment
Great attention to detail
Friendly & Outgoing, great interpersonal skills
Multi-lingual. Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
At least one year of retail working experience
Tech-savvy, ability to work with Photoshop, Excel is highly preferred.
