Shaughnessy Clinic is a well established clinic in Vancouver. We are seeking a friendly, responsible, quick learning individual to carry out the administration duties in the office.
Duties:
-Answering phone calls and greeting patients
- Billing for MSP, private insurance companies and ICBC
- Scheduling appointments via computer program
- Maintain cleanliness in treatment rooms
- Contact ICBC, private insurance companies
Our ideal candidate would be:
- Excellent with customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Quick learner and problem solver
- Friendly, patient and organized individual
-Familiar with MSP, ICBC system
-Fluent in English (written and spoken) REQUIRED
-Mandarin and Cantonese spoken language Preferred
-Job only available to Canadian citizens, permanent Residents
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
