Technical Recruiter

  • Actively seek out and secure top talent in both local and global markets.
  • Utilize internal and external databases to identify potential candidates. 
  • Place job requirements online to increase available candidate pool. 
  • Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals. 
  • Identify networking activities and professional associations to generate new contacts.
  • Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions. 
  • Conduct candidate interviews and meetings. 
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms. 
  • Maintain excellent documentation in the company's applicant management system.
  • Lead candidates through the client interview process. 
  • Build relationships with candidates and clients. 
  • Network for new business opportunities and referrals.

Recruiter助理

  • Researching jobs, industries and the job market
  • Creating job descriptions
  • Posting new roles on various marketing channels
  • Reviewing/selecting resumes and online profiles for further review
  • Organizing screening calls, interviews and updating candidates by phone, email and via CRM systems
  • Updating candidates, maintaining CRMs, responding to requests from clients, candidates and the internal team
  • Managing candidate communication through LinkedIn and Indeed

  • Supporting various marketing/business development initiatives

Intern

Responsibilities:

1) Recruitment Operations Support

  • Work with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers within the recruitment process
  • Track all candidate communication and progress
  • Follow through on Candidate communication at various steps of the recruiting process
  • Work with social media and various job boards in posting job requirements
  • Review incoming resume and sort the candidate pool based on minimum qualifications
  • Facilitate in-house prescreens and interviews with candidates

2) Consultant Clerical Support

  • Assist in documenting reference checks, prescreens and interview notes.
  • Assist in generating internal reports and assist with recruiting metrics.
  • Other administrative work as assigned.

Requirements:    

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or above within the field of HR/Commerce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly detail orientated, organized and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
