Full-Service Real Estate Brokerage in Downtown Vancouver looking for a full-time office administrator. Our Residential Real Estate Portfolio is mainly based in Downtown Vancouver with a focus on providing our clients with a first-class experience. The office is in Downtown Vancouver and the regular working hours are 10 AM – 6 PM: Monday to Friday. Pay will be based on experience.
Duties: Answering and routing phone calls; Assist with showings; Act as the frontline contact with landlords, tenants, and trades; Manage the calendar for the office and ensure that everyone is updated ; Reply to strata notifications and forward notifications to the needed party; Keep track of monthly expenses and bookkeeping; Update listings on the company's website and managing social media; Ensure that all files are complete, accurate, and have properly executed documentation; Assist the team in all administrative areas;
Qualifications: Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a collaborative team environment; Strong attention to details; High-Level Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word; Fluent in English, both written and verbal; (Bonus) Fluent in Mandarin, both written and verbal; Highly efficient and organized with strong time management skills; Friendly, punctual, and a team player; Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Must be proficient with computers and G Suite;
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
