We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Office Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The Office Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role for ensuring the proper maintenance of our BC Head Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance of the office facility utilities such as electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning system.
• Assist with the purchase of office supplies, lab equipment and tools.
• Assist with the maintenance of the security and surveillance system of the office building
• Handle minor repair and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors for larger repairs, specialized services and outdoor greening of the office building.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the common areas in the office building.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• 1~2 years experience in a similar position.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair and maintenance skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• BC Driver’s License

• 维护办公楼公共区域的清洁。
• 根据经理的安排执行其他行政任务。

资格要求

• 认真仔细，团队精神，有责任心, 有相关工作经验者待遇从优
• 基本的电气、水暖和一般维修和维护技能知识
• 双语（英语和普通话）
• 持有BC省驾驶执照

工作时间：全职（周一至周五9:30-18:00）或 兼职（工作时间面议）
