Marketing Specilalist

Requirements:

Excellent communication and writing skills both in English and

Chinese;

Detail oriented;

Works well both independently and as part of a team;

Exhibits an intermediate level or above proficiency in the use of

social media platforms such as but not limited to Chinese WeChat,

Chinese Weibo, Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram,Xiaohongshu etc.;

Knowledge in Google AdWords or/and search engine optimization

(SEO) will be an asset;

Knowledge in website design/development and maintenance will

be an asset;

Knowledge in Wordpress and applications will be an asset; and

Knowledge in photographing and graphic design will be an asset.

Job descriptions:

Oversee all marketing projects;

Develop digital marketing contents across the firm's official

website as well as social media platforms;

Promote the firm's businesses through online approaches such as

Google Adwords;

Edit, write content, make regular updates for the company

website;

Provide support for other team members;

Contribute to developing the firm's brand image for the public;

Be in charge of the promotional materials such as the business

brochures and PPTs, etc.;

Help organize and operate the promotion events such as

presentation-oriented meetings, workshops, seminars, etc.

Complete other tasks related to communications with the public.

Evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by

assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives,

planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating

calendars.

Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to

the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion.

Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade

shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements,

establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments,

and coordinating mailing lists.

Establish relationships with marketing partners and clients
