Place in walking distance 3 minutes to Walmart plaza in Richmond, 2 min walk to China World.  10 minutes walk to Aberdeen center, bus stop is across the street. Gas station by Garden City Road and Cambie. T&T Yohan center is 4 mins driving distance away. 3 minutes driving to Costco and Foody World. Also close to the Dyke and Superstore or Price Smart. 2bed room unit on 3rd floor, north facing. super cool even in the hottest Vancouver summer days. really quiet so you can sleep well at night. Building is pet friend, although I don't prefer to have a pet in my unit. Fully furnished. come and discuss.
