Job description
A growing management company in Coquitlam (10min. drive from Braid SkyTrain Station) has a full-time permanent position for Accounting Clerk.

Responsibilities and Duties

Report to Accounting manager and is responsible for financial and administrative tasks. Job duties for the position of Accounting Clerk include (but are not limited to) the following:

· Data entry
· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
· Prepare and process payroll
· Reconcile bank transactions and complete deposits
· Assist Accountant for other accounting tasks
· Administrative task as needed

Qualifications

· Diploma preferred in accounting or business administration
· 1 year of relevant work experience
· Class 5 Driver’s license

Language Requirement
· English
· Korean (Preferred)

Compensation

· Pay will be negotiated at the interview
· Provide free lunch

Work Environment

· Full-time Permanent
· Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
