Responsibilities:
- Issuing purchase orders and expediting shipments as necessary.
- Analyzing reports to review quantity and delivery requirements for each item.
- Completing administrative tasks related to material purchasing, including filing purchase orders and processing import/export and shipping documentation.
- Collaborating with the Logistics team to coordinate and track freight arrangements.
- Resolving price discrepancies and reviewing invoices accurately and promptly.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or administrative support is advantageous.
