- The size of the apartment is 728 square feet (67.6 square meters). It is a HUGE loft that's bigger than most studio apartments (even some 1 bedroom apartments) in downtown. You can tell by comparing distances between the TV and sofa, and kitchen and living room separation distances in our photos with other photos. Large walk-in closet behind the bed on loft level.
- The loft is located at the top levels of the building so the views are AMAZING. Unlike other buildings that are built close to one another, you won't have the problem of neighbors from another building opposite side of the street staring into your loft. Our view is much more open and neighboring buildings are farther out.
- $2,800 per month furnished. Parking, BC Hydro and TV/Internet are NOT included.
- Tenants insurance required.
- Furnished with everything you see in the photos (except we replaced the coffee table with a newer one, fridge is stainless steel and stove is also newer model), bed is queen size. Appliances: microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas range, range hood, iron, TV. Can be unfurnished.
