You will have to be very patient.
Canadian Immigratioin office sucks. I got the same case as you do.I kept calling Immigration office for about 6 months and finally got an interviw chance (I made at least two calls per week).
Strongly suggest you to call them as frequent as you can, otherwise, you will never get your working permit back.

可能会要求面签，只要文件都是真实的，好好发挥，基本没什么问题。
