canadian citizenship for bb 

if both parents are international students, the child they give birth here would be a canadian citizenship ma? can the bb apply for passport?? becoz according to the new citizenship law, people were born in Canada but are not citizens because when they were born, one of their parents was a foreign diplomat and neither parent was a permanent resident or citizen of Canada....the new law is so confused

小孩子可以申请加拿大护照，加拿大承认其为加拿大公民（18年内要住满1年）。但中国只承认他是中国公民，因为父母为中国公民，回国的话小孩子可以申请旅行证，等同于中国护照。所以小孩子18岁前等于拥有变相的双重国籍，18年后可选择其中一个。
