你有工卡？？？你是SIN CARD?那个跟申请工签没有什么关系的。 你要先在网站上申请一个EPASS ACCOUNT，然后登陆进去选择你要申请OFF-CAMPUS WORK PERMIT。 具体的步骤很难在这个上面讲清楚地。
