找工中，面试了几次，都被拒了。雇主说请了一个更有经验的人。。。

Sometimes it may not be your experience that let you down, even they told you so they don't necessarily mean it.
If I'm looking for someone with great experience, and didn't see it reflected on your resume, why would I invite you for an interview?
So if you are invited for an interview, you have something they are looking for.
I'd say work on your interview skills.
