结婚移民求助！！！大虾们提供一下意见谢谢！ 

我是加拿大公民，09年9月的时候从ubc毕业后回上海的，拿的是中国旅游签证。然后一直续签到现在。都一年半了。我和老公也是我回来后就认识开始谈的。最近刚结的婚，我想担保他移民加拿大。如果我不回加拿大在中国申请的话，会不会比较慢？还有我看他们移民guide上面写如果我拿的是旅游签证，那还算是residing in canada。还有申请担保的话会不会要看我的护照？移民官会不会知道我是在境内还是境外？还有如果我没工作的话申请会不会连aip也不通过？或者有其他什么影响？

现在看下来貌似境外申请要比境内快。你又没有稳定的工作。。。一直在中国。。。担保人的护照是必备资料好伐。。。不提供原件，递交材料也要复印件的。看你的情况你暂时也不打算回国，但是你又要担保你的老公移民。。没工作没收入没税收，没办法保证被担保人的生活来源。。换我是签证官。。你这种情况也要拒签的多数了。。。

你是公民，你可以回加拿大申请你老公过来 而且公民不需要你收入什么的。就可以担保了 把资料准备全一点，在这儿找个律师具体问问

可是我面签的时候,就被问到老公的收入问题.

你这个没错，不过是从国内移民到加国的条件，是对境外的人说的

麻烦你看清楚好不，如果一方不是加拿大的怎么去担保亲人。这可是家庭团聚移民的要求。

我说的境外，是老公或老婆在境内（公民或移民），担保从没出过国的老公或老婆 而双方都在加拿大了，是境内担保。 其实你也没什么可跟我争的。大家只是想为这个版的人出点力。

谢谢大家的回答。我近期还是准备回加拿大担保。我在中国也是有工作的，不过回加拿大又要开始重新找了。我可以肯定的是担保spouse是不需要收入的，但是最好还是有。毕竟移民官会考虑养不养得活自己的问题。就是在担心现在温哥华工作也不好找，怕还没找到就担保的话会不会有影响。
