Yes she's still young and confused, but that's what happens when you are wandering on borderline of 20-years-old.  In my humble opinion, she's demonstrating an extradinarily mature side during many of our conversations, on, or off Vansky. Emotional people need to vent.  She needs to vent.  And so do I.  If anything, consider her post to be a Venting session-------now that's perfectly legal, and necessary, wouldn't you agree.
