• Minimum two years experience working with secondary students
• Minimum two years post-secondary guidance counselling experience
• University degree in education, psychology or related

Desirable Skills:

• Worksafe BC Occupational First-Aid (OFA) Level 3, or equivalent
• Second language fluency (Mandarin, Farsi, Vietnamese)
• Familiarity with Pearson’s Powerschool Pro
• Familiarity with myBlueprint

SGM General Duties

The Student Guidance Manager position at MLS-TRU is a position that requires the incumbent to board on campus, in close proximity to students. SGMs are dedicated and engaged in the school community. Their general duties include:
