North Vancouver TRT Health Corp.
Our North Vancouver store is currently looking to hire an experienced part-time bookkeeper to start as soon as possible. You will be reporting to a manager and will be performing a variety of tasks including payroll, inventory management and other general admin tasks. Our ideal candidate should be organized and good with multitasking and dealing with a variety of tasks.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping (using QuickBooks)
- Payroll calculation
- Organizing documents – organizing and maintaining the store's filing system
- Perform general office administration tasks
- Billing and dealing with customers, including sending invoices and keeping up with payment and generating receipts.
- Inventory management including dealing with ordering inventory and keeping track of inventory
- Completing various forms
- Other duties may be assigned to you as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience with the full accounting cycle.
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to complete the assigned task with minimal supervision
- Language: Chinese and English. Cantonese will be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and keep up with a high-paced workflow, if required.
- A background in accounting or possess basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.
Note: Starting salary will be determined at the interview. This is a part time job. The quantity of work can be completed in two days so the applicant is only required to work two days per week (you can choose on what day). You can do the work at home as long as you make a trip to our location to pickup some documents once per week.
