What you will be doing
· Connect customers by first finding out their questions and needs.
· Making texts, emails and calls to customers who inquire our services through traditional and digital media and our existing customer base.
· Maintain and build relationship for customers with financial advisor together.
· Record customers’ feedback to client relationship management system CRM. Able to follow up customers with their specific needs.
How you will succeed
· Focus on the customers experience and make interactions meaningful. Connect customers to the right financial advisors who can help them reach their goals.
· Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the customer’s shoes. Act like an owner by taking accountability for customers’ issues.

· 2 years+ of full-time experience.

· Effectively demonstrate and communicate to customers and colleagues.
· Ability to communicate with Cantonese and Mandarin customers.
