Job Title: Sales Representative, Receptionist, and Measurer

Company Overview: We are a dynamic company in the window covering industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative, Receptionist, and Measurer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet walk-in customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective customers, persuading them to purchase our products.
• Close sales deals to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
• Handle receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries.
• Perform on-site measuring and in-home consultations to accurately assess customer needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, receptionist, or related roles.
• Ability to take accurate measurements on-site and keep clear records of customer's needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed and grow with the company.
