Job Description

We are a fast -growing seafood company, and we are looking for an enthusiatic individual to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Directing transportation activities, including contacting third party carrier to arrange

shipments, and booking appointments with customers

• Maintaining communication with the warehouse staff to ensure the proper working order

• Creating shipping documentations and updating shipment information in the database

• Checking invoices and submitting payment requests for logistics services. Allocating

various costs to the requesting programmes.

• Executing additional administration tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented

• Ability to multitask and handle work in high pressure situation

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Mandarin is a huge asset; Please indicate tthe lauguage skill on resume

• Experience in related industry or trading business is an asset
