Skyline Marina is seeking a full time and part time receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

- Answer phones promptly in a friendly and professional manner

- Create a welcoming environment for our customers

- Data entry & client information updates

- Respond to data entry inquiries from clients & trades.

Skills and attributes:
- Professional dress and appearance

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- You must be a service-driven individual. We can train for skill, but we need the attitude and drive!

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage customer complaints and solve difficult situations
