Position: Store Manager
Salary: $29/Hour
Location: Burnaby, BC
Duration: Permanent
Working Hours: 35-40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
-Supervise and participate in daily store operations activities.
-Ensure team members' work efficiency and quality.
-Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
-Recruit and train new employees.
-Responsible for communication with partner dealership managers and scheduling work times.
-Manage inventory and daily procurement.

Requirements:
-At least two years of relevant industry experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Ability to work in high-pressure environments and solve problems effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
