详情描述 Office assistant Qualification: 1. English fluent in both speaking and writing 2. Good in MS Office. Excel 3. Strong self-study ability Job Description: Draft letters, emails and phone calls. Use professional software to prepare contracts and paperwork. Organize, edit, publish and maintain advertisements Contact various clients, guests, and related business units. Inquiries, notifications and responses via email and phone ( including text messages) Organize and manage customer documents Scan , copy and forward letters and documents Can also serve as company financial bookkeeping Require : Honest , serious , meticulous , responsible Self-management, initiative in work, and the ability to reasonably arrange daily work. Focus on customer communication methods Fluent English communication ( telephone , email ) . Reading and writing correctly Use computers , Word , Excel, PDF files, and industry-specific software Scan , copy , forward , organize, and manage document files. Daily work location: Office.
