• Answer phone calls
• Book appointments
• Assist doctors and patients
• Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a valuable asset
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pay close attention to detail
• Possess strong computer knowledge (Internet, Word, Excel)
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
