We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, contractors, architects, and project managers.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate construction services or products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and projects.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by generating leads, making presentations, and negotiating contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
