We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales, business development, and event management within the financial sector. You will play a key role in supporting our expansion efforts and contributing to the overall growth of Enoch Wealth.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in a sales-related role in Canada.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST!
• Proficient in Windows, Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and photo editing applications.
• Strong ability to connect with internal and external customers, including colleagues, business partners, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to budget for events.
• Basic knowledge and interest in financial markets is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to source, contact, approach, pitch, and close seasoned sales professionals to join our growing team.
• Coordinate with multiple business partners for the seamless execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns, business meetings, and seasonal holiday events.
• Manage vendors, including hotels, meeting spaces, food and beverage, audio-visual, and IT support.
• Design and collect questionnaire data from prospective clients and interested parties.
• Work with the Product Team to ensure weekly updates on financial and economic events are communicated effectively.
• Coordinate with the Webmaster for regular updates to the company website.
• Update PowerPoint presentations and conduct copywriting in both English and Chinese.
• Conduct ongoing business development to find partner channels and event sponsors.
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves for last-minute tasks as they arise!

Compensation:

• Base Pay: Starting from $45,000 annually + bonus.
