Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk

We are currently looking for a bookkeeper / accounting clerk with experience in handling full set of books.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proficient in accounting software and system, such as Quickbook Online.

- Prepare, read, and analize financial and tax documents with precision.

- Handle GST/PST filings and manage sale tax requriements.

- Maintain and reconcile account payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

- Support expense management, payroll preparation, and reconciliation processes.

- Organize and maintain accurate documentation, including electronic and physical files.

Experience: At least 2 years of work experience, with 1 year of direct accounting-related experience.

Skills: 

- Proficient in Quickbooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Office Suite, particulary Excel.

- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.

-Excellent communications skill in both English and Chinese (preferrably Cantonese)

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

- A positive, adaptable attitude with a strong commitment to ethical standards.

Knowledge：Comprehensive understanding accounting principles and tax compliance.

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.

Languages: English and Chinese in both written and spoken.
