有人申请过国际驾照吗 

国际驾照可以自己申请吗？ 在哪里申请？是CAA这个机构吗？ 报纸上有人开价300刀，还不知道真的假的！ 网上说申请其实很便宜是真的吗？ 知道的请帮帮忙！
