加州超速让我上法庭怎么办 

上周加州车速被警察抓, 他只说我当时是65M,超速,给了我一张黄票,要求我18号到庭,没有罚款数,我该怎么办,我肯定到不了庭,其次是否要上驾校.哪位大侠经历过,为什么不直接给我罚款单.我该怎么办[s:198]

你这种黄的不知道 不过如果是罚款的你没去上庭或者交钱，下次再去美国会被禁止入境+进监狱。 我有个哥们就是没交钱又再去被抓了，蹲了2个月jail.
